A chartered accountant by training, Lwazi fell in love with investment management as a way to turn his knack for financial analysis into real value for clients. He thrives on strategy and bold decisions. Besides chairing the board, he is also responsible for growing AIP’s assets under management.

His passion for mentoring and creating meaningful impact has shaped a dynamic team where learning and camaraderie are part of the culture. In his spare time, Lwazi mentors up and coming youngsters in various disciplines.

Sport is another big passion. On weekends, you’ll either find him on the tennis court or hitting the tarmac for a run.
